At the November Pack meeting a parent survey and volunteer form was handed out to all parents. If you could not attend, please fill out this form and return to John Guhl or Rick Denne. Please email John Guhl or Rick Denne for addresses if you wish to mail your form. You may also scan and email the form directly. Email addresses can be found on the right side of the website.

Starting this Monday everyone can turn in their money and any left over popcorn to Cubmaster Guhl. If you have customers that are waiting for certain items hopefully we can distribute back out instead of ordering more. Please wrap up the sale as soon as possible. Thanks...
This weekend is the “Trunks, Treats, and Treasures” ministry event. The goal of this event is to recruit volunteers to aid Columbkille organizations such as scouts, RCIA, etc. Each will have a car in the church lot with a trunk full of candy to hand out to people after each mass.
This as an opportunity to (1) recruit adult volunteers that do not have boys in scouts, (2) recruit more cub scouts, and (3) sell popcorn. (Please bring any popcorn you have left to sell; this will count toward individual sales totals. If you don't have any popcorn left please contact Cubmaster Guhl to get some.)
If it rains then the event will take place in the Social Hall.
I will organize the event, provide the candy, provide the vehicle, and any decoration. But I need adults/scouts to represent our Pack, sign up volunteers, and sell popcorn! Please have your scout wear his uniform.
Below is the mass list. We need you to be in the main lot about 30 minutes *after* the mass start time (which is the time listed below). If you can help, please reply to rick.denne@cox.net and please specify the mass.

Please don't forget that each den has been assigned a Mass (or 2) for Popcorn Blitz weekend. Den leaders should set up a table outside the south entrance to the Social level at least 15 minutes before the mass ends. (Mass typically lasts for about 45-50 minutes.) Times listed here are the Mass start times.
If the Social level will be locked during your assigned time and your Den leader does not have a key, please contact Cubmaster Guhl.
Please also make sure that you have plenty of popcorn products with your den! Cubmaster Guhl may be placing products in the Social level for these "Den" sales. If you need more products, please contact Cubmaster Guhl beforehand. "Den" sales will benefit the entire Den, so please keep track of how much you sell during these times.

Starting this Saturday afternoon (9/22), scouts may pick up their Popcorn products from Cubmaster Guhl's house in preparation for the Popcorn fundraiser. Remember: scouts may not sell the Popcorn until the following weekend (9/29)!

On September 22nd (Saturday), from 3pm-4:30pm, we will take a guided tour at the Durham Western Heritage Museum to learn more about trains (this month's theme). Sponsored by Dens 5 (Bears) and 7 (Tigers), any other Pack 359 scouts (and parents) are welcome. Please contact Rick Denne if your den is interested...
Meet at north parking lot of the Columbkille school at 2:30 pm. $5 per kid, $4 per adult for the tour (no admission fee).

The ice cream social location and time has been changed to Halleck's Park duck pond pavilion at 1:00pm to 3:00pm. The date has not changed it is still scheduled for Sunday 26 August 2007. Sorry for the inconvenience.
On 26 August at the City Park Pavilion at 2:00pm, we will be having our final summertime event. This event is for the entire family and if you know of anybody that might be interested in scouting, please bring them along.

On Sunday, April 29th, from 2 p.m. - 5 p.m., St. Columbkille's "Growing Faith" family-based program will host a Pentecost event. To show our support for our sponsor, Pack 359 will provide cub scouts to help at the event, including preparation and clean-up.
