Parent Survey and Volunteer Form

At the November Pack meeting a parent survey and volunteer form was handed out to all parents. If you could not attend, please fill out this form and return to John Guhl or Rick Denne. Please email John Guhl or Rick Denne for addresses if you wish to mail your form. You may also scan and email the form directly. Email addresses can be found on the right side of the website.

We are doing our best to improve your Pack. Please help us by taking the time to fill out the survey. And please also consider volunteering for a position with our organization. We need your help!

Wrapping up the Popcorn Sale

Starting this Monday everyone can turn in their money and any left over popcorn to Cubmaster Guhl. If you have customers that are waiting for certain items hopefully we can distribute back out instead of ordering more. Please wrap up the sale as soon as possible. Thanks...

We Need Volunteers for Recruitment Event This Weekend!

This weekend is the “Trunks, Treats, and Treasures” ministry event. The goal of this event is to recruit volunteers to aid Columbkille organizations such as scouts, RCIA, etc. Each will have a car in the church lot with a trunk full of candy to hand out to people after each mass.

This as an opportunity to (1) recruit adult volunteers that do not have boys in scouts, (2) recruit more cub scouts, and (3) sell popcorn. (Please bring any popcorn you have left to sell; this will count toward individual sales totals. If you don't have any popcorn left please contact Cubmaster Guhl to get some.)

If it rains then the event will take place in the Social Hall.

I will organize the event, provide the candy, provide the vehicle, and any decoration. But I need adults/scouts to represent our Pack, sign up volunteers, and sell popcorn! Please have your scout wear his uniform.

Below is the mass list. We need you to be in the main lot about 30 minutes *after* the mass start time (which is the time listed below). If you can help, please reply to rick.denne@cox.net and please specify the mass.
